Zeppelin sees that the Norwegian Health Care Systems is meeting significant challenges that can only be solved through putting the patient in the centre and that all stakeholders roles in the value chain are individually developed and collectively adapted to the needs of the patient.
Just as the whole Health Care Systems challenges should be solved by developing Patient Focused Balanced Strategies, each stakeholder value creation contribution should be developed within the borders where the patient is put in the centre.
All management within the Health Care Industry should answer four critical questions:
- Where along the value chain should we as market players position ourselves so that we, with the patient in mind, create substantial increased value for all relevant stakeholders?
- Are we capable of taking this position or do we have to cooperate with external partners?
- Is this position sustainable?
- Will the position create significant increased value for the patient, stakeholders and the company?
